Kat Spangler is a personal trainer and health coach who has a huge passion for teaching others not only how to be fit and healthy, but how to enjoy the process of getting there. Her love of exercise began with 13 years of competitive dance training in Los Angeles, during which time she learned the importance of taking care of your body in every way possible. Always looking to expand her knowledge, while attending Chapman University she got her personal training certification through ACE, health coaching certification through IIN, yoga certification through YogaFit, Barre certification through IBBFA, Zumba certification through Zumba Inc., and started online culinary school through Rouxbe. She worked at such high end gyms as Equinox and interned with her sister Autumn Calabrese (creator of Beach Body’s 21 Day Fix) where she got hands on experience with helping others become the best versions of themselves, before opening her own company, Eat N Run Fitness. Her constant search for knowledge and love of educating and facilitating others results in a trainer who takes pride in what she does and the service she provides.
